reading thogether at La Cascade

Three members of the jury and a member of the reading committée have met at La Cascade for 2 days of intense readings of the CircusNext 2013 projects.

Hosted in the beautiful caravans in the court of La Cascade, Juliette Beaume (La Central de Circ, Barcellona, Spain), Claire Peysson (La Cascade Pole National du Cirque, Bourg Saint Andreol, France), Boris Vecchio (Circumnavigando, Genova, Italy) et Fabrizio Gavosto (Festival Mirabilia, Piemonte, Italy) spent two full and intense days evaluating toghether 48 projects.

The meeting was very interesting, allowing co-organizer and partners to know better, to share about their structures and organizations, and to explore each other conception of contemporary circus, their experience and their artistic values.

The meeting allowed also the partners to discover La Cascade, the companies in residency and, from 7 to 8:30 AM, in the very early morning before starting the long meetings, the beauty of Bourg Saint Andreol, with its magnificent historic heritage.

A Auch, in the same room that saw the last general meeting in 2011, finally we get together most partners and the coorganizers.

The new Circus Next platform is finally on and working on a European level, to support new emerging talents.
